CMI, a subsidiary of Nixon and Company, provides TPA services and claim management services to self-insured clients.
ADJUSTemps
During periods of high-claim volume, vacation shortages, and disability or maternity leave situations, ADJUSTemps provides temporary adjusting services for insurance companies and self-insured clients.
Clients can also hire ADJUSTemps after a contractually specified period of temporary adjusting to give the client the opportunity to see if the ADJUSTemp can fill the position and work within the client's environment.

Trial Monitoring and Mediations
Nixon and Company's highly experienced professional staff of managers, supervisors, and senior adjusters are available to become your eyes and ears in the courtroom or in A.D.R. Through our independent observation, assessment, and experience, we can keep you informed on up-to-the-minute developments in the courtroom. Plus, you receive detailed – and daily – written reports sent to your e-mail at the end of each trial day and before the start of the next business day.

Rapid Response Content and Inventory Loss Control Program
Nixon and Company's rapid response team meets with the policyholder immediately after the loss is reported. Each damaged item is noted, decisions on repairability are made, age and value are established, and salvage is considered. This assists the policyholder in presenting the contents loss and allows salvage cleaning and restoration a better opportunity to reduce the loss and arrive at figures that are more accurate.
Our rapid response team is also available for inventories in losses of questionable origin. Nixon and Company staff has testified on the details of their inventories and thoroughness of their investigations in some of the largest defense verdicts in the State of Missouri.
