Terry Nixon
Chairman
Terry Nixon has over 40 years in the insurance and claims industry, managing several companies in the East and Midwest. His education includes a BA from West Virginia University as well as specialized training schools and decades of professional development. Often a speaker and panel member at industry seminars, Nixon is a member and past president of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and also holds membership in the Illinois Association of Independent Adjusters, the St. Louis Claims Association, the Kansas City Claims Association, The Chicago Casualty Adjuster Association, the Trucking Industry Defense Association, The Honorable Order of the Blue Goose International, the Loss Executives Association, RIMS, and the 1852 Club of Missouri.
Ken Pini
Chief Executive Officer
Ken Pini has over 35 years in the insurance and claims industry, with field experience including as Executive General Adjuster, and management positions with several companies in the Midwest. Ken holds a BA degree from St. Louis University and has decades of professional development and training, including the RPA designation. He has also participated in and has been a panel member at industry seminars and conferences. Ken is a member and past President of the St. Louis Claim Manager's Council, as well as being a member of the St. Louis Claims Association, Trucking Industry Defense Association, Loss Executives Association, the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, and Honorable Order of the Blue Goose International.
T. Mark Nixon
President
Mark Nixon has over 16 years of experience, including service as a paramedic, firefighter and arson investigator. He attended Drake University and has completed several casualty and property schools and professional development courses. He is certified for O.S.H.A. Compliant Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response and for Advanced Arson Investigation Techniques by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms National Academy. Nixon is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and serves as the state chapter vice president for the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators.
